About me

I am currently a Postdoc scholar fellow at X-mechanics LAB, Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, HKUST. I will soon get my Ph.D degree from the same lab in HKUST, supervised by Prof. Sherry (Xian) CHEN. Before this, I obtained my BsC in Department of Civil Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology at Weihai (HITwh).

My research interest contains both theories and experiments. Specifically, the continuum theory of martensitic phase transformation and crystallography; experimental investigation of mechanical behavior of crystalline solid in the micro/nano scales and the corresponding modelling techniques (Phase-field and MD).
